Pentlands Science Park is home to 23 organisations including The Moredun Foundation and its subsidiary companies as well as a number of diagnostic and biotechnology companies. See list of site tenants. The largest tenant within the International Research Centre is the Moredun Research Institute, respected internationally for its work on small ruminant dieases.
Site tenants take advantage of facilities and services available including security, IT support, engineering, stores, refectory, library, meeting rooms and conference facilities.
Property currently available is a 7,250 sq ft office laboratory unit in the Doherty multi-occupancy building. A 710 sq ft office in the same building will become available in early summer 2008.
Property development at this site has been supported by Scottish Enterprise Edinburgh and Lothian and the European Regional Development Fund.
