Pentlands Science Park is home to 23 organisations including The Moredun Foundation and its subsidiary companies as well as a number of diagnostic and biotechnology companies. See list of site tenants. The largest tenant within the International Research Centre is the Moredun Research Institute, respected internationally for its work on small ruminant dieases.
Site tenants take advantage of facilities and services available including security, IT support, engineering, stores, refectory, library, meeting rooms and conference facilities.
Property currently available includes laboratory space extending to circa 1875 sq ft and two office units each extending to 710 sq ft. Additionally, one of our tenants has surplus office space available for sub-let ranging from 120 sq ft to 213 sq ft and also some open plan space.
Property development at this site has been supported by Scottish Enterprise Edinburgh and Lothian and the European Regional Development Fund.
