The Hoechst Lecture TheatreThis theatre was named after an Animal Health Company now known as “Intervet” in recognition of their support to Moredun. This theatre has tiered seating up to 110 persons, dedicated PC, dual laser pointer/remote control and touch screen lighting. The theatre is fully air conditioned. Mobile and clip on microphones are available along with a fixed microphone at the lectern. Our resident technicians are available to assist you, however should you decide that a technician is required for your event, rates will apply. |

The Midlothian HallThe Midlothian Hall located behind our main reception, provides enough space for a mini-exhibition to complement the conference theme. We also hold buffet lunches and seated dinners for up to 70 persons. |

The McRobert Board RoomNamed after the McRobert Trust a charitable organisation in recognition of their support to Moredun. The board room can be fully equipped to deal with any presentation requirements and seats twenty persons around a polished oval table. |

The Training RoomThe Training Room has ceiling mounted projection, dedicated PC and provides flexible seating arrangements for up to thirty people. Video Conferencing is available and rates apply. |

The Leel RoomSituated near the front reception, this room provides comfortable seating for ten people and can be equipped for presentations or used for informal meetings. |

The HQ Meeting RoomSituated on our first floor where lift access is provided. This room seats up to ten persons and is an ideal space for small training sessions and presentations. |

All meeting rooms have flip charts and 18.5 litre cold water dispensers. All rooms are equipped with phones which will connect to our main reception.
The Pentlands Science Park fully complies with the Disability Discrimination Act and the Lecture Theatre has removable seats to allow wheelchair access. A fully equipped disabled toilet facility is available near the main entrance and a lift provides access to all meeting rooms. Disabled parking spaces are available close to the front reception area.
