Please Note:

Any additional coffee/tea breaks will be subject to a supplement charge
Other package menus are available on request which include hot buffet selections
Evening wine receptions can be arranged and we welcome client menu requests.
Any event were numbers exceed fifty a labour charge will apply. Any evening or weekend event will be subject to a labour charge.
A license bar is available for events upon request.
Any alcohol consumed on our premises and not supplied by us will be liable to a corkage/consumable charge and must be consumed with choices from our catering menu.
All prices are before VAT.

Our resident caterer will make every effort to provide you with the menu of your choice. However, for any reason such as seasonal change or unavailability of produce Pentlands Science Park will contact you to offer an alternative. Providing the substitute is reasonable you will not be entitled to cancel the order and Pentlands reserve the right to alter menus within reason.
Light receptions and seated dinners are catered for with hot buffet menus available upon request.
The client must notify Pentlands Science Park of final numbers 10 days in advance of their booking.
